The HashLabs team is thrilled to announce the beta release of XDPoS 2.0, an original consensus engine purposely built for XDC.

What will this tentative critical upgrade bring:

State-of-the-art Byzantine security:
secure even when 1/3 of the master nodes turn rogue
Super fast transaction finalization: wait merely 3 blocks for transaction finalization
Built-in Forensic monitoring: attackers slashed with evidence, guaranteed
Smooth switch from 1.0 to 2.0: simple deployment, no change to accounts/wallets/Dapps

Behind this release are 10 months of dedicated development by a world-class team and 3 months of non-stopping tests on XDC dev-net.
