Cannot access xdc address in web wallet. Please help!!

Hello xdc community.

I created a xdc web wallet with 12 seed phrase and password. I made several transactions and even after the update I was able to access it and enter my password as the extra word. My last transaction was about 200 days ago.

Now I cannot access the address I used before with my XDC. When I use my seed phrase and my password I see different address and amounts are all zero xdc.

Can someone advise? Can I import to another wallet? Or access it on web wallet.

My password is correct and I have been using it all this time.

Please someone help!
