Hello XDC Community,

We at Roxonn have built a platform to accelerate the development of the XDC Network's core technology.

What We've Built

The Roxonn platform is a live, on-chain system that allows the XDC Foundation to connect its development goals with talented developers worldwide. It’s designed to reward contributions to open-source code with automated, on-chain XDC payments.

Additionally, to make the review process faster for XDC's core team, our platform integrates with AI code review agents.

How It Works: A Transparent 4-Step Process

This system creates a direct link between a development task and an on-chain reward.

Create a Reward Pool: The XDC Foundation team links one of their core GitHub repositories (e.g., XDPoSChain) to our platform. They then deposit XDC into a dedicated, on-chain reward pool for that specific repository.
Post the Bounty: The core XDC team identifies a task within that repository and attaches an XDC bounty to the GitHub issue (e.g., a bug fix in the XDPoSChain node software), funded from the pool.
Build & Review: A developer from the community submits a Pull Request. The integrated AI agent immediately performs an initial code review, providing fast feedback and saving the core team's valuable time.
Get Rewarded: Once a core XDC developer validates and merges the Pull Request, our smart contract is automatically triggered, instantly paying the contributor their XDC bounty from the repository's pool.

We can now implement a more advanced, in-house version of this successful strategy.

To demonstrate its power, we propose a focused 3-month pilot program:

Scope: Focus on a critical user-facing repository: XDPoSChain.
Action: We request the XDC Foundation seed a 10,000 XDC bounty pool on the Roxonn platform for this repository.
Goal: We will report on the number of high-quality, merged PRs, showcasing a clear acceleration in the core client's development.
