[Closed]Impossible to connect with nano ledger on any wallet (myetherwallet, mycrypto...)

Hi guys,

I hope all of you are alright.
My post is pretty simple, a lot of people including me can't access their XDC wallets with a nano ledger. I already tried rebooting computer/internet, deleted cached and updated my ledger and xdc app nothing works. This problem is on windows and MAC os.

This is what I get when I try to access my xdc account on myetherwallet "Connection not open on send()".

The Ledger Nano X displays "Application is ready"
I select Connect via USB.
A window is displayed, www.myetherwallet .com wants to connect. I highlight Nano X - Paired. I click on Connect.
I receive the error message !

Can you please help us?
