Therefore, We propose this proposal to manage XDC.Dev for XDC Network community. We will manage the updates, address issues of developers, coordinate with concern team to resolve developers issue, manage the application, run separate social media dedicatedly for XDC.Dev. BlocksScan seek XDC Network Community Voting to manage XDC Developers forum (XDC.DEV).

XDC.DEV - A developer forum for XinFin XDC Network. Looking at the current growth of users in XDC.DEV will have multiple numbers of issues by the users and to address those issues BlocksScan presents a proposal.

App migration on BlocksScan Infrastructure.
Creation of Social media handles dedicatedly for XDC.DEV and management.
BlocksScan will be taking care of all software FOREM updates at certain intervals.
BlocksScan will coordinate with the FOREM team to implement suggestions if any.
BlocksScan will take responsibility for this platform www.xdc.dev to address all the issues.
BlocksScan will assign coordinators to acknowledge all the issues raised by developers and coordinate with the inhouse tech team and respective team (if the issue with L2 applications like Plugin, Stor-X, XSwap, Globiance etc..) for a solution.
